Bricks

At B2all Commo, we understand the foundational importance of bricks in shaping infrastructure, buildings, and community spaces. Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation drives us to manufacture bricks that are not only structurally sound but environmentally responsible.

Our Mission: To provide sustainable, high-strength bricks that support India’s rapid growth in both urban and rural development sectors.

Types of Bricks We Offer

  • Red Clay Bricks: Naturally fired and eco-friendly, ideal for traditional construction in residential and institutional buildings.
  • Fly Ash Bricks: Manufactured using industrial byproducts like fly ash, these bricks offer enhanced compressive strength, better insulation, and contribute to environmental cleanliness.

Manufacturing Process

Our bricks are produced in state-of-the-art High Draft kilns and mechanized facilities designed for consistency and efficiency. We follow a rigorous quality assurance process:

  • Strict testing for compressive strength, dimensional accuracy, and water absorption
  • High-pressure hydraulic press machines used in fly ash brick production
  • Processes focused on low emissions and energy efficiency

Specifications

  • Standard Size: 190mm x 90mm x 90mm
  • Compressive Strength: 7–12 MPa
  • Water Absorption: Less than 10%
  • Density: 1700–1900 kg/m³

Applications

  • Residential, commercial, and institutional construction
  • Boundary walls and compound structures
  • Load-bearing and non-load-bearing construction
  • Rural infrastructure and government housing schemes
Sustainability Focus: By utilizing fly ash — a byproduct of thermal power generation — we reduce dependency on natural clay and promote responsible industrial waste management.
