Brick Plant

Brick Plant Operations
B2all Commo’s brick manufacturing units reflect our commitment to sustainable construction and rural development. By leveraging local resources, efficient production processes, and eco-friendly technologies, we aim to produce high-quality bricks while reducing our environmental footprint.
Our Brick Manufacturing Process
Our plants follow modern protocols for sourcing, molding, and firing bricks. Each stage is optimized to ensure product consistency, environmental safety, and maximum utilization of available raw materials.
- Clay Preparation: Sourced responsibly and processed to achieve optimal plasticity and particle size.
- Molding: High-precision molds used for uniform shapes and reduced wastage.
- Drying: Natural and controlled drying methods ensure crack-free surfaces.
- Firing: Eco-kilns and energy-efficient chambers used to harden bricks while minimizing carbon output.
Quality Standards
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality checks for compressive strength, durability, water absorption, and dimensional accuracy. Our in-house labs ensure compliance with IS 1077:1992 and other relevant BIS norms.
Environmental Commitment
As part of our decarbonization and “Going Green” initiatives, our brick units integrate:
- Low-emission vertical shaft kilns (VSBK)
- Use of fly ash and waste material from local industries
- Rainwater harvesting at plant sites
- Emission tracking and fuel optimization
Community Engagement & Impact
Our brick plants are strategically located in semi-urban and rural areas like Bihar, Jharkhand, and Maharashtra. These units provide employment, skill development, and infrastructural materials for local government and private sector construction.
Applications
Our bricks are widely used for:
- Affordable housing projects
- School and public health infrastructure
- Industrial warehouses and boundary walls
- Commercial complexes and township developments
